Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Makes: 2 servings .Ingredients. ¾ cup wheat flour. ¼ cup chick pea flour (besan)down. Store them in an air tight container.. 5-6 spinach leaves. 2 tsp oil. ¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain). ¼ tsp sesame seeds (til). Water for making dough. Salt to tasteMethod1. Take wheat flour and besan in to mixing bowl.2. Add oil, ajwain seeds, crushed spinach leaves and salt. Mix well.3. Add water and knead it in to stiff tough4. Cover and keep the dough aside for 30 minutes.5. Roll out dough in to a thin chapatti.6. Cut the chapatti in diamond shape.7. Take out shankrpali on the plate and repeat the same process with the rest of the dough.8. Now deep fry the pieces in hot oil until they turn deep golden from both the sides.9. Allow the shankarpali to cool down. Store them in an air tight container.
